Role Description

Recruitment and selection support.

Employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

Attendance, leave and personnel record management.

Coordination with employees and management.

Preparation and maintenance of HR reports.

Supporting payroll and statutory compliance activities.

Handling employee queries and HR-related matters.

Assisting in maintaining ESIC,



EPFO/PF, Professional Tax, Labour Law, and other applicable statutory records.

Any other HR responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) to handle end-to-end employee lifecycle and support organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations to manage grievances, support engagement initiatives, and maintain a respectful work setting.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of HR Policies and basic labor regulations to ensure compliance and consistent application of company rules.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR specialization is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with HR software or MS Office, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Patna.
- Experience in a facilities management company will be preferred.
