Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Adoor. Key activities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering HR policies and procedures. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating performance management processes, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The Human Resources

Executive will coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and compliance with labor laws, while contributing to HR initiatives such as training,



engagement activities, and policy updates. This position requires close collaboration with management and staff to ensure efficient HR services and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR systems.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and statutory compliance, with the ability to implement and maintain policy frameworks.
- Skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering employee engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.

This role is 75 % recruitment and 25 % operations, female candidates preferred.
