Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and maintaining HR records and documentation.

Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and selection, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and assisting with new hire orientation. The role will involve implementing and monitoring HR policies, handling employee queries, supporting performance management processes, and helping to resolve employee relations matters in a fair and compliant manner.

Executive will also collaborate with management to improve HR processes, support training initiatives, and ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, with the capability to help implement and maintain policy frameworks.
- Experience in managing Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Good understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices relevant to the education and consultancy sector.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
