Role Description
This is a unique hybrid role covering HR operations for our India & US teams, along with coordination and execution of our marketing activities.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership, coordinate with multiple teams, follow through on things and get things done — not someone who simply waits for instructions.
HR Responsibilities• Recruitment and hiring coordination
- Candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination
- Employee onboarding & offboarding
- Employee engagement initiatives
- HR policies, SOPs and process documentation
- Employee communication and HR administration
- Attendance, leave and employee records
- Performance review coordination
- Training and development coordination
- Employee grievance coordination
- Exit processes and documentation
- HR MIS and reporting
- Supporting HR operations for both India and US teams
- Coordinating with external payroll/HR service providers where required
Marketing ResponsibilitiesYou will also work closely with our SEM and LinkedIn marketing teams/agencies to ensure our marketing initiatives are executed effectively.
This will include
- Coordinating with SEM and LinkedIn teams
- Managing marketing calendars and deliverables
- Following up on campaigns and content
- Coordinating website, SEO and content initiatives
- LinkedIn company page coordination
- Lead/campaign tracking and reporting
- Coordinating case studies, testimonials and marketing collateral
- Supporting conferences, events and other marketing initiatives
- Preparing marketing MIS and ensuring timely execution
We are not looking for a pure HR administrator or a pure digital marketer.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, a good communicator and comfortable managing multiple things at the same time.
Someone who sees a problem and thinks, “Let me get this done.”
