? Key Responsibilities

- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling
- Conduct floor connects, skip-level meetings, and employee interactions
- Support performance management and HR interventions
- Partner with business leaders on people-related matters
- Drive Rewards & Recognition initiatives
- Ensure HR policy compliance and effective employee lifecycle management

? Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HRBP / BPHR roles
- BPO / ITES / Contact Center experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
