What You'll Do

?‍? Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

? Handle the complete employee life cycle from onboarding to exit

? Process and manage payroll accurately and on time

? Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs

? Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances

? Maintain HR records, documentation, and compliance

? Support employee engagement and retention initiatives





What We're Looking For

✅ Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in HR / recruitment / payroll (internships count!)

✅ Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employee life cycle management

✅ Willingness to learn payroll processing and statutory compliance

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to multitask and work independently in a quick-paced, on-site environment
