About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to manage recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations while supporting smooth business operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Source and shortlist candidates through portals and references
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Manage on boarding and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR files
- Draft offer letters and HR-related documents




- Support daily HR operations and employee coordination
- Maintain skilled workplace discipline and communication

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment platforms and HR processes
- Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation
- Organized and professional approach towards work

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
