HR RECRUITER – SUPERMARKET CHAIN

Industry: Retail / Supermarket

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all supermarket stores and support functions.
- Understand store-wise manpower requirements and maintain an updated vacancy tracker.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, referrals and local networks.
- Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with Store Managers and Department Heads and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage salary discussion, offer release, candidate follow-up and joining closure.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate database and ready-to-join talent pool for recurring retail positions.
- Conduct walk-in interviews and local recruitment drives whenever required.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS covering sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers and joining status.
- Achieve defined recruitment targets and TAT, while continuously improving candidate quality and joining conversion.

Preferred: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Retail / Supermarket / FMCG / Blue-Collar hiring. Good Tamil communication and strong follow-up skills are essential.
