Role Description The Human Resource Trainee will support core HR operations in a full time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and orientation processes. The role involves helping administer HR policies, employee benefits, and basic personnel management tasks while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.





The trainee will also assist in drafting HR communications, collecting HR metrics, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Under guidance from senior HR team members, the Human Resource Trainee will gain hands-on experience in HR management within a cyber intelligence environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Pursuing or having a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR software tools and interest in the cybersecurity or technology sector will be beneficial.
