Role & responsibilities

Source and identify suitable healthcare candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals for Gulf & Middle East countries.

Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, specialization and job requirements.

Coordinate with candidates for interviews, document collection and selection processes.

Maintain candidate databases and regularly update recruitment trackers.

Coordinate with candidates regarding licensing/eligibility requirements, interviews and deployment processes.

Follow up with selected candidates until completion of the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Healthcare Recruitment / Overseas Recruitment will be preferred.

Good knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.





Strong candidate screening and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment targets.

Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn may also be considered.
