Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

Screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate evaluations

Managing interview schedules and candidate follow-ups

Maintaining recruitment databases and MIS reports

Coordinating with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

Handling offer rollouts and onboarding coordination

Preferred Candidate Profile:





2+ years of recruitment experience Background in PMC, Civil Construction, Engineering, or Infrastructure industry preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in sourcing technical and non-technical profiles

Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Compensation:

Salary will be based on current CTC and interview performance.
