We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented BPO Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international BPO processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the joining process while ensuring hiring targets are achieved within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO/Voice/Non-Voice processes.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, communication skills, salary expectations, location, and process requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with the hiring team and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive candidates for documentation, offer acceptance, and joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring reports.




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Conduct bulk hiring and walk-in drives whenever required.
- Coordinate with operations and management to understand manpower requirements.
- Minimize candidate dropouts and improve joining ratios.

Requirements

- Experience in BPO/Call Centre recruitment.
- Valuable knowledge of BPO hiring and recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under targets and tight hiring timelines.
- Good follow-up and candidate management skills.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Apna, and LinkedIn.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Candidates with experience in bulk hiring and international BPO recruitment will be preferred.
