About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, agile HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of recruitment experience. The candidate should have experience handling sales and non-sales hiring, be proficient with recruitment portals such as Naukri, and be able to independently manage interview scheduling and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for both sales and non-sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
2. Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews and maintain an updated recruitment pipeline.
3. Manage induction, onboarding, background verification, and employee documentation for current joiners.

4 Independently schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and internal teams, and ensure timely closure of positions.

Required Skills

1.



12 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition with strong sourcing and screening skills.
2. Experience in both sales and non-sales hiring, with the ability to manage multiple requirements efficiently.
3. Proficiency in using the Naukri portal for candidate sourcing and recruitment.
4. Agile, proactive, and capable of independently scheduling interviews and managing recruitment activities. Candidate Profile Should be comfortable with a 6-day working environment. Should be agile, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
