- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Collection & Recovery roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and recruitment drives.
- Screen and interview candidates based on process requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and achieve hiring targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS and coordinate with the Operations team.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO, Collections, Recovery, Banking, or Sales hiring.
- Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Experience in bulk/volume hiring preferred.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
