Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter / Blue-Collar Hiring

Job Summary:

Responsible for high-volume blue-collar and frontline hiring for retail operations, preferably with experience recruiting for supermarket or multi-store retail businesses. The role will manage recruitment across store-level and support functions and ensure timely manpower availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for retail stores and operations.
- Hire Store Associates, Sales Executives, Cashiers, Packers, Delivery Executives, Helpers, Warehouse Staff, and other frontline positions.
- Manage bulk hiring through job portals, employee referrals, walk-ins, local sourcing, and recruitment vendors.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, documentation, background verification, and joining.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure manpower requirements are closed within TAT.
- Handle basic HR administration and employee queries after joining.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and Operations teams for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Support employee relations and resolve basic employee grievances.
