Apparel Group India is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to HR Operations, employee onboarding, documentation, HR MIS, employee data management and day-to-day HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR Operations activities.
- Support employee onboarding, joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR MIS, reports and maintaining HR data.
- Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders for HR-related requirements.
- Support HR letters, documentation and record maintenance.
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities and HR projects.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling employee information.
Candidate Profile
- Post graduate / pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
