Job Roles and Responsibility -

1. Understanding manpower requirement within the organization

2. Design and update job descriptions accordingly

3. Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internal references

4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms

5. Source potential candidates from various recruitment channels.

6. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

7. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

9. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

10. Act as a consultant to current hires and help them on-board

11. Assisting in the on roll and off roll payroll management within the organisation.

12. Taking care of the timely compliance payments in coordination with the consultant.

13. Doing documentation and Joining Formalities of the new Employees.

14.



Completion of FNF process and Exit formalities of employees.

15. Planning and implementing the Employee engagement activities within the organisation.

16. To handle the online performance management review process.

17. IR and Union handling experience must

Requirements and skills

1. Proven work experience as an Plant HR.

2. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

3. Experience with sourcing techniques.

4. knowledge on Compliance and Labour Laws

5. Solid verbal and written communication skills.

6. Experience of handling Unions or Labour matters preferrable

Education: Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma into Human Resources or relevant field.
