We are scaling fast and hiring an HR Manager to build and lead our HR function.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead end-to-end hiring for 100+ roles across leadership, sales, e-commerce, marketing and operations
- Build and lead the HR team: recruiters, HR operations and payroll
- Own payroll, PF/ESI and statutory compliance
- Set up HR policies, KRAs, appraisals and onboarding
- Handle employee relations and discipline fairly and firmly
- Report hiring progress, attrition and HR metrics to leadership
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 610 years in HR, including 2+ years leading HR or a team
- Proven volume hiring experience in a growing company
- Robust knowledge of payroll, labour laws and compliance
- FMCG, manufacturing or startup experience preferred
- Fluent in Kannada and English; Hindi is a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mysuru
