- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening rounds.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates.

- Collect and verify candidate documents.

- Prepare and maintain employee records.

- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and induction sessions.

- Ensure current employees receive the required information about company policies and processes.

- Support employee engagement activities, team meetings, and internal events.

- Regularly coordinate with employees to understand their basic HR-related requirements.





- Assist in addressing employee queries and escalating concerns to the appropriate HR team member.

- Help maintain a positive and professional workplace environment.

- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

- Assist with monthly HR reports and employee trackers.

- Update employee databases and HR documentation.

- Support HR in maintaining accurate personnel records.

- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.

- Maintain interview and selection trackers.

- Prepare joining and attrition reports.

- Maintain confidential employee documentation.

- Assist in preparing HR MIS reports for management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
