Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and campus/agency channels

- Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms

- Conduct initial HR screening rounds and coordinate technical/functional interviews with department heads

- Handle onboarding and induction for new hires

- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases

- Support in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and employment documentation

- Assist with performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives

- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manpower planning

- Handle basic employee grievance resolution and act as a point of contact for HR queries

Preferred Candidate Profile





- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in HR/recruitment, preferably in a marketing agency, startup, or F&B;/hospitality setting

- Strong sourcing and screening skills across job portals and social channels

- Hands-on experience with the full recruitment cycle (JD creation to onboarding)

- Working knowledge of HR compliance basics (offer letters, appointment letters, exit formalities)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for HR data tracking

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment

- Prior experience hiring for creative/marketing roles (content, ads, design) is a plus
