Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

- Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidate profiles.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT services & consulting industry.

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations from a reputed institution.

- Solid understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
