We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern/Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with recruitment and candidate screening.
- Coordinate with different teams to understand their availability and create a strong pipeline.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
- Support the team with HR operations and administrative activities.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
