: HR Executive (Manufacturing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day human resources functions at our manufacturing unit. You will manage the employee lifecycle for both plant/shop-floor workers and office staffensuring smooth factory operations, safe working conditions, and full compliance with industrial labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end blue-collar and white-collar hiring, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate walk-in drives and recruitment for contract workers, machine operators, and technical staff.
- Conduct thorough induction, safety orientation, and onboarding for recent joiners.

Time, Attendance & Payroll Support

- Monitor daily plant attendance, shift rosters, overtime tracking, and leave management.
- Compile and verify monthly attendance inputs for accurate payroll processing.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, insurance, and welfare schemes.

Compliance & Industrial Relations

- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliances (such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Bonus calculations).
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with factory-specific regulations (e.g.,



The Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, Industrial Disputes Act).
- Assist in managing labor contractor compliance and maintaining harmonious industrial relations.
- Handle worker grievances, resolve day-to-day shop floor disputes, and promote a safe, positive workplace culture.

Training & HR Operations

- Coordinate technical and safety training programs for workers in coordination with production heads.
- Maintain physical and digital employee records, personal files, and HRIS databases accurately.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and assist with employee engagement activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA), Social Work (BSW/MSW), or a related field. [1, 5]
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing plant, factory, or industrial workplace. [3, 5]
- Knowledge: Strong, practical working knowledge of local labor laws and factory regulations.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with both line workers and management.
- Robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel is a must) and basic HR software/HRIS.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
