Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Handle employee joining, documentation, induction, and HR records.

- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee databases.

- Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.

- Coordinate performance reviews, probation confirmations, and appraisals.

- Manage employee exits, clearance, and Full & Final coordination.

- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.

- Coordinate with management and branch teams for day-to-day HR requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 36 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.

- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll inputs, and employee relations.

- Experience in a hospital, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or multi-shift environment is preferred.
