We are looking for an HR Executive who can independently manage the end-to-end HR cycle and handle day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews & onboarding
- Employee documentation, attendance & leave management
- Offer/appointment letters and HR records
- Employee engagement and day-to-day employee coordination
- Performance, probation and confirmation process
- Resignation, exit formalities & Full and Final coordination
- Payroll inputs and basic HR reporting
- Implement and maintain HR policies and processes

Requirements :

- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in a Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
