Job Summary :

Times Fibrefill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive / HR Trainee to join our HR team at Maheshtala, South Kolkata.

The role is suitable for early-career HR professionals who want practical exposure to recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, documentation, attendance, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and joining coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll-related inputs.
- Coordinate with employees and management for day-to-day HR requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Support general HR operations and compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with candidates, employees, and different departments as required.





Eligibility & Skills :

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related functions.
- Freshers with suitable knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in HR.

Preferred Candidate : Candidates residing in or around Maheshtala, Behala, Joka, Taratala, Thakurpukur, or other nearby areas of South Kolkata will be preferred.
