As we expand, we're looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in driving our HR initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date and compliant
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
