Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles within BFSI industry.

- Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for each position.

- Ensure timely onboarding of recent hires and provide necessary training to ensure they meet performance expectations.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in sales hiring or talent acquisition.

- Strong understanding of BFSI sector and its dynamics.

- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment processes with high accuracy rates.
