We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our energetic HR team. This role offers the opportunity to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and engagement. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Plan and implement effective training & development programs for employees.
- Foster a positive work culture by supporting employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
- Coordinate and track performance appraisals and development goals.




- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with all statutory regulations.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate employee compensation records.
- Collaborate with various departments to align HR practices with business goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
