Key Role of the Position

Responsible to ensure smooth functioning of HR Operations in accordance with Business requirements.

Key Deliverables

- Effective deployment of HR processes and polices.
- Updation and maintenance of Employee Database.

- Improvement in the proficiency of Communication, People handling skills and appropriate application of Labour Laws.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Effective deployment of HR processes and polices.

a) Completion of joining formalities and employee onboarding b) Previous employment verification c) Ensure effective deployment of HR processes and policies through orientation trainings, routine communication and coordination with employees.

d) In case of discrepancies and / or observation of in-disciplinary activities, escalate the same to the reporting authority.

e) Provide support for completion of Annual Performance Appraisal activity.

f) Prepare HR related MIS reports g) Suggest any recommendations for improvement in the established processes.
