CogentNext Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to join our team in Chennai.

Location: Adambakkam, Chennai

Position: HR Executive

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Location: On-site

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing and interview scheduling
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities
- Manage attendance, leave and payroll-related coordination
- Support employee engagement and internal communication
- Assist with performance management and HR processes
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and statutory documents




- Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters
- Support general HR administration and office activities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of HR experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel
- Robust organizational and coordination skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Immediate joiners preferred
