Role & responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs for various departments.

- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates qualifications to ensure they meet job requirements.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Assist with the creation of job descriptions and advertisements.

- Use various job boards, social media, and networking channels to identify and engage potential candidates.

- Maintain and update candidate database for current and future job openings.

- Provide timely and relevant feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.





- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.

- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to source and engage passive candidates.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
