We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations in a hotel workplace. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR documentation, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth manpower management.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle recruitment and selection for various hotel departments.
- Coordinate interviews, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, and employee movements.
- Coordinate with the HR/Finance team for payroll processing and provide necessary inputs.
- Conduct and coordinate employee induction, training, and development programs.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee queries and assist with grievance resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance reports,



and manpower reports.
- Coordinate employee welfare activities, celebrations, recognition programs, and engagement events.
- Support disciplinary procedures and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with HODs regarding manpower requirements, attendance, training, and employee-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
