Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for the end to end employee life cycle in SCM facilities .

- Partner with Operational managers to create a culture that supports business growth.

- Performing data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.

- Proposing HR initiatives in line with business objectives of business.

- Supports HR deliverables and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation,employee relations & engagement etc.

- Conducting periodic review to measure the HR deliverables.

- Planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.

- Own employee Net Promoter Score & Employee safety .

- Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance & Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.

- Partners with the legal department & vendors ,maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
