We have the following vacancies for one of our clients i.e. Crown Vet- A US Based Veterinary Services Providing Chain of Clinics and Animal Emergency Services providing Company.

Role:- Human Resource – Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Work timing: 9am – 6pm,

Note:- 2 Saturdays off

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to translate business goals into actionable people strategies.
2. Talent Management: Oversee workforce planning, succession pipelines, and work with recruitment teams to close critical skill gaps.
3. Performance & Coaching: Guide line managers through performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching on complex employee relations issues.
4. Learning & Development: Identify training needs, support in ongoing training assessments and initiatives, help design development plans.
5. Change Management: Lead organizational design efforts and guide teams through structural changes or scaling phases.
6. Employee Relations: Mediate and resolve complex employee grievances while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
7. Change Management:



Guide departments through organizational changes, restructuring, or rapid scaling.
8. Compliance & Culture: Ensure policies align with local employment laws and champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Ideal Qualifications
1. Experience: Typically 5+ years of proven experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or in a mid level generalist capacity.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).

Skills Robust business acumen, financial literacy, emotional intelligence (EQ), and proficiency in HR technology/analytics. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution.
1. Tech Literacy: Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), data analytics tools, and modern talent technologies. *The role requires frequent travel Pan India to the clinics.
