Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Reports to: Human Capital Leader
Role Summary The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while also driving core HR operations for a growing GCC. This role requires a blend of business acumen, strong people management capability, and hands-on execution across the employee lifecycle. The HRBP will play a key role in shaping culture, enabling performance, and scaling HR practices aligned to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering & Advisory
- Partner with functional leaders to understand business goals and translate them into HR priorities
- Provide guidance on team effectiveness
- Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters including performance, engagement, and retention
- Support leaders in managing change, growth, and team dynamics
2. Talent Management & Performance
- Drive goal-setting, performance management, and appraisal cycles
- Coach managers on feedback, and development planning
- Identify high-potential talent and build succession pipelines
- Support capability building aligned to service lines and business needs
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and drive engagement initiatives suited to a GCC setup
- Monitor employee sentiment and proactively address concerns
- Strengthen organizational culture aligned with firm values
- Facilitate communication between leadership and employees

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and sensitive conversations
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and internal policies
- Drive HR governance, documentation, and audit readiness
- Support employer branding for the GCC
6. HR Operations & Processes
- Ensure smooth execution of core HR processes (payroll inputs, benefits, HRMS updates)
- Drive process improvements and scalability as the GCC grows
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards (attrition, hiring, engagement, etc.)
7. Learning & Development
- Identify capability gaps across levels (Associate to Leadership)
- Partner to design and implement learning interventions
- Support first-time manager and leadership development journeys
Key Requirements
Experience
- At least 4-6 years in an HRBP role
- Experience in Qualified Services / Consulting / GCC environment preferred
- Exposure to a growing or scaling organization is highly desirable

- Business acumen and ability to connect HR to business outcomes
- Hands-on approach with ability to operate independently
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
