We are looking for an experience Hub Incharge for managing overall cross dock operations and last mile delivery. Ensure smooth Inbound and outbound of stock, adherence to operational SOP & Ensure targets are delivered on time Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely execution of Inbound and Outbound plan as per schedule, monitor TAT of vehicle.
- coordination with transport for vehicle availability and issue resolution
- maintain shift allocation of manpower, managing productivity
- ensure HUB sop's are being following for safety and compliance.
- support in resolving operational challenges at HUB leve
Key Responsibilities:
- Graduate in any discipline with strong logistics knowledge
- 2 -to 4 yrs of experience in managing Cross Dock operations / HUB / Dark Store Operations for any Retail / Ecom company
- Robust operational Knowledge in Vehicle planning, Manpower management, productivity tracking.
- Must have experience in SAP HANA
