Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot & AI Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and AI-powered marketing.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage HubSpot marketing activities and use AI tools to improve content, automation, campaigns, and overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation, and email campaigns.
- Handle lead segmentation, nurturing, lead scoring, and lifecycle management.
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms for marketing, content, research, and automation.
- Create and optimize social media, email, landing page, and marketing content.
- Analyze campaign performance and HubSpot reports to improve results.
- Research competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.




- Explore AI tools for content, image, video, and voice generation.

Requirements

- 3 years of experience in HubSpot / Marketing Automation / Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, email marketing, automation, segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical use in marketing.
- Experience with content and social media marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and paid advertising.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift from home.

Preferred

- HubSpot certification.
- Experience with international/B2B marketing.
- Experience with AI-generated content, images, videos, or voice.
