We are looking for SAP GRC / Security Consultant with exciting project opportunities.

Job Role: SAP GRC / Security Consultant

Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Pune / Chennai / Noida

Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days

Experience: 5–8 Years

Relevant Experience: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, Risk Assessment, Role Design, User Access Management, SoD, Compliance, and SAP Security Governance.

Mandatory:

- 5–8 years of experience in SAP Security / SAP GRC
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control
- Experience in Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Business Role Management (BRM), and Emergency Access Management (EAM)
- Strong experience in SAP Security, Authorization and Role Design
- Experience in SoD risk analysis, remediation, and user access monitoring
- Experience collaborating with business and IT stakeholders for access requirements
- Strong understanding of SAP security policies, controls, and compliance
- Experience with SAP GRC monitoring, auditing, and compliance activities
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO
- Experience troubleshooting SAP security incidents, performing RCA, and implementing corrective actions
- Strong documentation experience including role definitions, security policies, and SoD matrices
- Experience supporting SAP upgrades, patches, system changes, and security validation
- Good understanding of SAP authorization concepts and access governance

Valuable-to-Have:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Security
- Experience with Fiori Security and Authorization
- Knowledge of PFCG, SU24, SU53, and SUIM
- Experience with User Access Reviews (UAR)




- Experience with Firefighter / Privileged Access Management
- Knowledge of GRC workflow and approval processes
- Experience with SAP security audit and compliance documentation
- Exposure to SAP security governance and risk management

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP GRC solutions for secure and compliant access management.
- Conduct access risk assessments, role design, and user access monitoring.
- Manage and remediate SoD and critical access risks.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to understand access requirements and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Monitor and audit SAP GRC environments for compliance with SOX, GDPR, ISO, and internal security policies.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Security best practices, policies, roles, and controls.
- Troubleshoot SAP security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation including role definitions, security policies, access procedures, and SoD matrices.
- Support SAP upgrades, patches, migrations, and system changes while maintaining security and compliance.
- Support user access reviews, risk remediation, audit activities, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, security, audit, and business teams to strengthen access governance.

Who Can Apply? ✔️ 5–8 years of strong experience in SAP Security / SAP GRC.

✔️ Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

✔️ Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori Security is an advantage.

✔️ Knowledge of PFCG, SU24, SU53, SUIM, UAR, and Firefighter is preferred.

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
