About Latinum:

Latinum HR is looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Manager for their client to lead end-to-end global HRO operations, with ownership of process delivery, people management, client relationships, SLAs, productivity and account profitability .

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HRO processes including TA, EDM, WFM, Payroll, Exit and HTR .
- Manage global HRO operations across US/UK, EMEA and APAC .
- Own client management, governance, SLA/KPI performance and escalations .
- Lead HRO transitions, COE setup, KT, SOP, SOW and MSA activities.
- Drive process improvement, automation, productivity and operational excellence .
- Manage Volume vs. FTE analysis, T&M; and productivity initiatives .
- Lead, develop, retain and succession-plan teams.
- Manage account financials, cost control, revenue levers and profitability .




- Present MIS and governance updates to clients and senior stakeholders.

Required Experience:

- 15–17 years of experience in HRO / HR Service Delivery.
- Strong experience in global HRO operations and client-facing delivery .
- Proven team management and transition experience .
- Solid knowledge of Workday ; exposure to SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, productivity, automation and process excellence .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree; HR/Business Management preferred .
- Relevant HRO/HR certifications are an advantage.
