About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Transition Manager - Time & Attendance to lead the transition, implementation, and stabilization of the Time & Attendance module within our HRIS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end transition activities, stakeholder coordination, process mapping, system configuration support, testing, and successful deployment across multiple locations.

This role requires strong expertise in workforce management, attendance systems, shift scheduling, leave integration, payroll interfaces, and HR technology transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Transition & Project Management

- Lead end-to-end transition and implementation activities for the Time & Attendance module.
- Develop project plans, transition roadmaps, and implementation timelines.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and external vendors for seamless project execution.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalation mechanisms.

Time & Attendance Process Management

- Analyze current attendance processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Configure and validate attendance policies, shifts, rosters, overtime rules, and work schedules.
- Ensure seamless integration of attendance data with payroll and HR systems.
- Support workforce scheduling and attendance compliance requirements.

HRIS & System Integration

- Collaborate with HRIS vendors and technical teams for configuration and deployment.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Work closely with payroll teams to ensure accuracy of attendance-related inputs.
- Validate system interfaces and integration points.

Testing & Deployment

- Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test cases.
- Execute testing and resolve defects in coordination with vendors and IT teams.




- Ensure successful go-live and stabilization of the Time & Attendance workplace.
- Monitor post-implementation issues and drive closure.

Change Management & Training

- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Develop SOPs, process documents, and user manuals.
- Deliver training sessions for HR, Payroll, and business users.
- Drive user adoption and change management initiatives.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, and HR Operations.
- Experience in HRIS transition, implementation, and transformation projects.
- Understanding of attendance policies, roster management, overtime calculations, and payroll integration.
- Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Oracle HCM, HONO, Kronos, UKG, or similar systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines.

Qualifications

- Grad, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- HRIS, Project Management, or Workforce Management certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Payroll, or Workforce Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience managing Time & Attendance implementations or transitions.
- Experience handling large-scale, multi-location workforce environments.

Key Deliverables

- Successful transition and deployment of the Time & Attendance module.
- Accurate payroll integration and attendance processing.
- Completion of UAT and Go-Live as per project timelines.
- User training and process documentation.
- Stabilization and handover of the implemented solution.

Contract Duration: 6 Months Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi

Joining: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
