Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance transition and implementation projects
Configure shifts, rosters, attendance policies, overtime rules, and payroll integrations
Manage stakeholder coordination across HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and vendors
Drive data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
Develop SOPs, user manuals, and deliver training sessions
Ensure seamless integration with HRIS and payroll systems
Preferred candidate profile
5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Payroll, or Workforce Management
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Time & Attendance implementations or transitions
Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Oracle HCM, HONO, UKG/Kronos, or similar systems
Solid project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Experience handling large-scale, multi-location workforce environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
HRIS, Workforce Management, or Project Management certifications will be an added advantage
