Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Business Partner (HRBP) role based in Tiruppur. The HRBP will collaborate with business leaders to align people practices with organizational goals, support workforce planning, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Daily responsibilities include managing employee relations, addressing workplace issues, and partnering with managers on performance management and development plans.

The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, supporting recruitment and onboarding,



and contributing to employee engagement initiatives and HR process improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills, with experience implementing and communicating HR frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management, including handling grievances and supporting performance reviews.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and advise stakeholders on regulatory requirements.
- Relevant skills such as stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and change management are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and the ability to work in office in Tiruppur.
