Key Responsibilities

HR Operations &

- Business Partnering

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.

- Partner with business and functional heads on workforce planning and employee-related matters.

- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

- Support performance management, goal setting, reviews, and employee development initiatives.

- Drive employee engagement, retention, and HR initiatives.

- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, HRMS data, and documentation.

- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for management.

- Support HR policies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Statutory &

- Labour Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations across offices and project sites.

- Manage compliance related to EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour, BOCW, Shops &
- Establishment, and other applicable laws.

- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance for deployed manpower.

- Ensure timely renewal of licences, registrations, and statutory approvals.





- Conduct statutory and labour compliance audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

- Maintain statutory registers, returns, compliance records, and audit documentation.

- Develop compliance trackers, calendars, and MIS reports.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, Legal, Finance, site teams, and statutory authorities.

- Identify compliance risks and take corrective and preventive actions.

Candidate Profile

- Male candidates preferred.

- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification.

- 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations/HRBP and Labour &
- Statutory Compliance.

- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, and Labour Compliance processes is essential.

- Hands-on experience in contractor compliance, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance audits.

- Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors preferred.

- Valuable communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
