The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work on-site in Rajkot & Surat warehouses in a full-time capacity, partnering closely with business leaders and teams to support people strategies and organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and communicating HR policies, advising managers on performance management processes, and handling employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. The HRBP will support workforce planning, onboarding, and talent development initiatives, while ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and company standards.

This role will also involve monitoring HR metrics, supporting engagement and retention programs, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The HRBP is expected to act as a trusted advisor to managers and team members, providing proactive guidance and solutions to HR-related challenges.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge and hands-on experience with HR policies and procedures.




- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations and conflict resolution, with the ability to manage grievances and foster a positive work environment.
- Candidates should possess expertise in labor and employment law, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and statutory requirements.
- Candidates should possess experience in performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisal processes.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively partner with business leaders.
- Candidates should possess abilities in data-driven decision-making, using HR metrics and reports to identify trends and recommend actions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in logistics, e-commerce, or a fast-paced operations setting is preferred.
