Role & responsibilities

- Understand employees' needs and concerns and take steps to improve employee engagement.

- Work with employees to understand their health-related concerns and support them when needed.

- Interact with employees' family members, when required, to understand and address family-related challenges.

- Conduct psychometric tests to understand employee satisfaction, job involvement in work, and organization commitment. Take suitable action based on the results.

- Cascade & Explain company policies to employees and resolve their Queries, Complaints, and Requests (QCR).

- Ensure proper implementation of the ESIC scheme and help employees get ESIC perks, especially during emergencies.

- Work with employees & operations team to understand the people-related reasons

- Identify employees' training needs and ensure the required training is provided in coordination with the Operations & Training Team.





- Share Excellence scores with employees and identify the people-related reasons behind poor performance. Review 10% of employees every month.

- Conduct home visits to understand employees' family and personal challenges. Take suitable action to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover. Act as a positive.

- Act as HR SPOC for Operation for the assigned people / department

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of MS - Office (Word, excel and PowerPoint)

- Counseling & Communication Skill

- Empathy, Active listening, Relationship building

- Grievance Handling & Employee Relations

- Psychometric Testing

- Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, Operations
