HSE Manager — High-Rise Residential PMC

Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee HSE activities across large-scale high-rise residential construction projects.

Develop and implement site HSE plans, procedures, risk assessments and safety protocols.

Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards, regulations and project requirements.

Conduct safety inspections, audits and toolbox talks and ensure timely closure of identified observations.

Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with contractors,



consultants and project teams to maintain a strong safety culture across the project.

Requirements

15+ years of relevant HSE experience in the construction industry.

Robust experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use projects.

Strong site execution and PMC experience.

Hands-on exposure to Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering projects.

Strong knowledge of construction site safety, risk management, statutory compliance and safety documentation.

Strong communication, coordination, leadership and incident-management skills.
