Position: HR Trainee (Recruitment)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Male candidate preferred.

- Basic knowledge and exposure to Recruitment & Talent Acquisition activities.

- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes.

- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and maintaining recruitment data.

- Ability to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with internship experience in HR Recruitment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.

- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.

- Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers.

- Supporting onboarding documentation and joining formalities.

- Assisting in employee engagement and HR operations activities as required.
