About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Intern to join our HR team in Pune for a 3-month internship. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and position specifications.
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions on relevant recruitment platforms.




- Support the HR team in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
- Assist with offer coordination, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Support other Talent Acquisition and HR activities as required.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment workplace.
- Candidates with prior exposure to recruitment, sourcing, or HR internships will be preferred.
