Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Specialist with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the IT/Software industry. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, along with a good understanding of HR operations, policies, statutory compliance, employee relations and performance management.

The role requires someone who can independently coordinate day-to-day HR activities while supporting the organization in attracting, developing and retaining the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout and onboarding.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate technical and HR interviews with respective department heads and management.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation and exit formalities.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Implement and maintain company HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory HR requirements.
- Coordinate attendance, leave and other employee-related HR processes.
- Support Performance Management, including review cycles, employee feedback and performance documentation.
- Handle Employee Relations, grievances and workplace concerns professionally.




- Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers and management updates.
- Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and HR requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of HR Operations and HR Policies.
- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance related to HR.
- Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management.
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Solid coordination, follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently.
- Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach.

Preferred
- Previous experience working in an IT/Software company.
- Experience recruiting software professionals such as Developers, QA/Testers, Project/Business roles and other technical positions.
- Familiarity with HRMS/HR software and recruitment/job portals.
